It’s an all too familiar crime scene
The graffiti reads like poetry
It’s all knowing, self-predicting, straight to the point
But, the truth is missing


She’s moving away from me

I’m a romantic junkie
A relationship flunky
In love, I’ve been a millionaire
But with Monopoly money

I know I’ve got high expectations
So cancel the band, the hall, take down the decorations
